Under 14 Football Win Over Rossett

Monday saw the under 14/year 9 football team travel to Rossett for a fixture in the league competition. The weather was extremely cold with snow falling at regular intervals during the match. It was a fantastic game and an excellent result which saw Nidderdale come out on top 4-2 (Adam Benson x3 and Benji Howard the goal scorers).

Superb effort from the lads in challenging conditions and bouncing back from their previous defeat!

Adversity awards

An inspirational evening last night at the Adversity awards, celebrating the achievements of two of our students, Amy & Joanne. The award is to recognise young people who use the power of sport to overcome challenges in their life. It was a great reminder of how physical activity and sport can be used to change and enrich our lives. Congratulations to Joanne and Amy, very proud. #adversity #adversityawards #proud #youngpeople #powerofsport
